This Week's News:
Matched against the uploaded changelog and the HighLevel changelog site. Source file:
AI Agent Action - Call Transcript Tool, Feedback Flow & Stability Improvements
The AI Agent action now includes a built-in Call Transcript tool, giving agents access to a contact’s call history without extra setup. Users can simply reference call transcripts in the agent prompt, allowing the AI to incorporate past voice conversations alongside chat history. Execution logs also now support structured feedback on individual AI Agent runs. Together, these updates make AI Agent behavior more context-aware, easier to evaluate, and easier to improve over time.
AI Builder in workflows now more powerful
The Workflow AI Builder has been rebuilt into a more transparent, real-time copilot experience. Users can now watch the AI stream its progress as it builds, edits, validates, or answers workflow questions. It also supports compound requests, conversational memory, improved empty states, session continuity, and white-label-safe responses. The result is a faster and clearer workflow-building experience that should be easier for agencies and end users to trust.
Conversation AI - Separate Controls for Bot Sleep on Manual vs Workflow Messages
Conversation AI now gives users separate sleep controls for manual messages and workflow-triggered messages. This makes it easier to decide when the bot should pause based on how an outbound message was sent. The update is especially useful for teams combining human follow-up with automated workflows. Existing behavior remains unchanged unless users update the new settings.
Social Planner: Add Thumbnails in CSV Posting
Social Planner bulk uploads now support custom video thumbnails through a new thumbnailUrl field in CSV and XLSX files. When a video post is uploaded, the provided thumbnail is automatically applied to the first video in the post. This gives teams more control over how bulk-scheduled videos appear before someone clicks. It also helps improve brand consistency and visual quality across larger publishing workflows.
Snapshots for contact page customization
Custom contact page views can now be included in snapshots and reused across sub-accounts. This allows admins to copy custom contact layouts without rebuilding them manually in every account. Agencies can standardize contact views across multiple locations more efficiently. The update saves setup time while helping teams maintain a consistent contact management experience.
Smart Sending Ramp-Up for New Agencies on Shared Domains
New agencies using GHL Shared or Agency Shared domains now have an automated email sending ramp-up system. Instead of starting with uncapped sending limits, new sub-accounts progress through eight stages based on healthy sending behavior. The system evaluates signals like bounce rates, spam complaints, AUP violations, and send volume. This protects shared domain reputation while giving users visibility into their limits, status, and progression.
Insights is now Dashboards on the Mobile App
The mobile app now replaces the old Insights experience with full Dashboards support. Users can access their web-created dashboards on mobile, switch between dashboards, apply filters, expand widgets, interact with charts, and view widget-level AI insights. The data is designed to stay consistent between mobile and web so teams can act from the same source of truth. Campaigns also now have their own dedicated mobile module.
Badges in Client Portal
Badges now have a dedicated tab inside the Client Portal. Users can view all issued badges in one organized place and download or share them just like certificates. This makes badges easier to find, manage, and use. It also gives achievements more visibility inside the portal experience.
Add Notes Action in Custom Object Workflows
Workflows now support the Add Note action for custom object records. This allows teams to automatically save notes directly to custom objects when a workflow runs. It is useful for capturing project updates, milestone details, or internal context without manually opening the record. The update makes custom objects more practical for operational tracking beyond standard contact records.
Add Notes Action Enhancements: Now with Titles & Note colors
The Add Notes workflow action now supports note titles and note colors for contact notes. These fields are optional, so existing workflows continue to work without changes. Teams can now create more organized, visually distinct notes through automation. This keeps workflow-created notes aligned with the updated Contacts notes experience.
App Marketplace - Introducing Uninstall Feedback
The App Marketplace now includes an optional feedback step when users uninstall an app. Users can choose predefined reasons such as pricing, bugs, missing features, or usability issues, and can also add more detailed comments. Feedback is anonymous, and sub-account user details are not shared with developers. This should help improve app quality, reliability, and Marketplace transparency over time.
Certificates & Badges — Editing Improvements
Certificate and badge editing now includes several usability improvements. Elements highlight on hover, resizing behaves more predictably, and common keyboard shortcuts now work for text formatting. Users can also paste content from outside tools with fewer formatting issues. These changes make the design experience faster, smoother, and easier to control.
Daily Snapshot Import Summary ( Labs )
Shared Snapshots now include daily import activity summaries. Users can choose which snapshots to monitor and receive both in-app summaries and detailed email digests. This gives snapshot creators better visibility into how often their shared snapshots are being imported and by whom. The update helps agencies understand adoption and manage shared assets more intentionally.
Improved Sales Pages for Communities & Courses
GoKollab sales pages have been improved for both communities and courses. Community listings now support media carousels with images and videos, while course listings now show structured curriculum previews with modules, lessons, and thumbnails. These updates make listings more visually engaging and easier to understand before someone joins or enrolls. The goal is to improve browsing, presentation, and conversion quality.
Meeting Room: Seamless Rejoin & Smarter Host Controls
Meeting Rooms are now more resilient when hosts refresh, disconnect, or run into permission issues. Meetings no longer end automatically when the host drops, and hosts can rejoin the same session without disrupting attendees. New leave and end controls also make host handoffs safer and clearer. The update improves reliability for live sessions and reduces avoidable meeting interruptions.
LinkedIn ad campaign templates via Template Library
Ad Manager now supports LinkedIn campaign templates in the Template Library. Users can create LinkedIn campaigns from templates, upload existing LinkedIn campaigns as templates, and filter by LinkedIn-supported objectives. This expands the existing template workflow beyond Google and Meta. Agencies can now reuse and standardize LinkedIn campaign structures more easily across accounts.
Conversations: Marketplace App Source Now Visible in Messages
Conversations now shows which Marketplace App or custom provider sent a message. When users open message details, they can see the app name and app ID for messages sent through OAuth-connected Marketplace Apps. This gives teams more transparency into message origin. It also makes troubleshooting integrations and app-driven messaging much easier.
Improved Email Failure Experience in Conversations
Failed email messages in Conversations now display clearer, more user-friendly error messages. Error links also open in a new tab so users can review details without losing their current place. This makes it easier to understand why an email failed and continue working without disruption. The update should reduce friction in email troubleshooting.
Personalised Snapshot Imports & Enhanced UI
The snapshot import experience has been redesigned to be clearer and more flexible. Users can rename snapshots during import, see better error messages, track real-time import status, and identify asset-protected snapshots with a shield icon. The updated UI also improves performance and visibility while imports are processing. This makes snapshot onboarding and organization smoother from the start.
Chat Widget – Snapshot Support
Chat Widget configurations can now be included in snapshots. Agencies can replicate widgets such as Live Chat, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Voice AI, and All-in-One widgets across sub-accounts. The update also handles account-specific dependencies like WhatsApp numbers, Voice AI agents, media assets, and location fields more safely. This reduces onboarding time while preserving consistent communication setups across accounts.
Custom Product Details Pages - Design Inheritance
Creating a Custom Product Details Page is now faster because new Custom PDPs can inherit the design of the Default Product Details Page. Instead of starting from a blank page, users begin with a structured layout that includes store elements, styling, sections, and responsive visibility rules. The inherited design is a one-time copy, so the Custom PDP remains independently editable. This makes custom product page creation much faster and more practical.
API Versioning
Public API documentation now supports versioning. Developers can switch between API versions, reference version-specific documentation, and continue accessing older versions for backward compatibility. This reduces the risk of unexpected breaking changes and makes long-running integrations easier to maintain. It also lays the groundwork for future API evolution, including upcoming v3 API capabilities.
Marketplace App Update: AI Agent Modules Now Support App Versioning
Marketplace app versioning now includes AI Agent modules such as Conversation AI and Voice AI templates. Developers can no longer edit AI Agent templates directly on a live version; changes must go through the draft and publish versioning flow. Existing AI Agent template updates are treated as minor updates by default, while adding AI Agent templates for the first time requires a major version. This gives developers safer release control and gives users clearer visibility into AI Agent changes before updating.
Mistral AI: Workflow Actions
Workflows now include a Mistral AI integration with actions for chat completions, embeddings, and image analysis. Users can connect their own Mistral API key and use workflow variables inside prompts. This allows workflows to generate multilingual replies, create embeddings for semantic matching, or analyze images such as receipts and uploaded documents. The actions are premium and currently action-only, with outputs available for later workflow steps.
Support Access Controls
Agencies can now enable temporary support access directly from platform settings. Users can define a time-bound duration, extend access, or revoke it at any time. This gives agencies more control over when support can access their account. The update improves security, auditability, and alignment with compliance expectations.
Email Verification Action in Workflows
Workflows now include an Email Verification action that checks whether an email address is valid, risky, or invalid before sending. Users can place the action before email steps and branch or stop workflows based on the result. This helps reduce bounces and failed deliveries. It also supports better list hygiene and sender reputation management.
Automate outreach using marketing audit report url in workflows
Prospecting workflows can now use marketing audit report URLs and prospect business names as custom values. After generating a marketing audit report, users can insert those values into downstream email or SMS steps. This makes it easier to personalize outreach automatically with prospect-specific audit insights. The update supports faster follow-up, better qualification, and more complete prospecting workflows.
