Video Testimonials, Gift Cards, Trust Center | GHL NEWS 11-22-2025

November 22, 20257 min read

Welcome to GHL NEWS! In today's issue:

  • Video testimonials in Reputation Management

  • Gift Cards (finally)

  • Revamped Trust Center

  • ACCELERATE HighLevel Week

Lots of updates and new features this week. The video testimonials and gift card have been long requested features so I'm excited to check those out. That's another tool or two folks are paying for that we'll be able to replace with HighLevel.

In preparation for our upcoming ACCELERATE HighLevel Week (more below) we started a brand new, from scratch modular snapshot build this week. The global colors, universals sections, and a bunch of other recent updates will make for incredibly fast customization when deployed.

Invoices and estimates had a bunch of updates this week as well. Then a small but super-important one is the "nudges" (notifications) for disconnected calendars and video conferencing integrations (finally!) Those connections flake out / expire sometimes and before this the only way to know was once meetings failed to book or have a location.

With all the AI and new features the last few weeks, the real question: which ones do YOU need and can you implement them?

I'm helping 10 people implement AI, automation, and complete systems in their GHL accounts Dec 15-19. Co-working model. 4 hours/day. Their accounts. Real implementation. Limited spots.

This Week's News:

Brand-new GBP Audit tool

The new GBP Audit tool makes it easy to evaluate and improve your Google Business Profile by giving you a clear score, identifying what's missing, and offering actionable recommendations. You can update listings, add images, and optimize categories directly inside HighLevel—while watching your score improve in real time. It eliminates the guesswork and gives businesses a simple, data-driven path to stronger visibility on Google.

Public APIs: View Invoice Settings

HighLevel introduced a new Public API for Invoice Settings, allowing developers to access and view global invoice configurations directly. This helps app builders and integrators maintain consistent billing experiences without requiring admin access to HighLevel. It enables seamless integration for third-party solutions that display or sync invoice preferences externally.

QuickBooks 2-Way Sync (Selective)

You can now import only the invoices you need from QuickBooks by selecting a specific date range, giving you precise control over what gets pulled in. This update reduces duplicates, cuts out irrelevant data, and speeds up reconciliation by focusing only on the transactions that matter. The result is a cleaner, faster, more efficient bookkeeping workflow.

Estimates Now Support $0 Total Amount

You can now create and share free or complimentary estimates with a total value of $0. This is useful for goodwill quotes, sample projects, or proposals without charge. The change simplifies workflows for service providers and freelancers who want to issue professional estimates even when no payment is required.

Invoices: Editable “Payment Schedule” Notifications

Businesses can now customize or disable the “Payment Schedule Received” notifications in the Invoicing module. This includes full control over message content, dynamic fields, and brand styling for both Email and SMS templates. The update helps teams maintain a consistent tone, reduce unnecessary notifications, and personalize customer communication throughout the billing process.

LeadConnector Plugin now supports GHL Calendars natively in WordPress!

The LeadConnector plugin now offers native HighLevel calendar support in WordPress, letting you embed and manage your calendars without extra plugins, code, or iframes. You can add calendars using simple shortcodes, manage them directly from LeadConnector, and rely on instant live syncing with HighLevel. It’s a much smoother, fully integrated scheduling experience for WordPress sites.

New: See Full SaaS Plan Details Before Enabling

Agency users can now preview complete SaaS plan details before enabling them for clients. The updated modal displays rebilling rates, included add-ons, marketplace apps, and menu links side-by-side for easy comparison. This prevents setup errors, accelerates onboarding, and improves transparency for agencies activating SaaS mode.

Video Testimonials: Now Live in Reputation (Labs)!

Available in Labs.
HighLevel now supports Video Testimonials inside the Reputation module, allowing users to collect authentic customer videos through customizable “Video Collectors.” Each collector includes welcome, question, attribution, and thank-you pages with full branding control. Videos can be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, then showcased in widgets with multiple layouts such as Grid, Carousel, or Slider. This feature makes reputation building more visual, engaging, and credible.

Processing Fee on Ecommerce Store Checkout

E-commerce store owners can now apply processing fees directly at checkout, passing through costs like payment or convenience charges. Admins can configure the fee percentage and label under Payments → Settings → Miscellaneous Charges. The charge appears as a separate line item on the checkout and receipt for transparency. This update helps businesses maintain profit margins while staying compliant with pricing disclosure requirements.

Gift Cards – Creation, Selling, Sending & Redemption Now Available

Available in Labs.
HighLevel introduces a complete Gift Card system that lets businesses create, sell, send, track, and redeem cards across multiple checkouts. Cards can be branded, sold via dedicated checkout links, embedded forms, or QR codes, and redeemed on funnels, forms, stores, invoices, or payment links. Businesses can issue cards for promotions, loyalty, or refunds and track balances from a unified “Gift Card Orders” dashboard. Future updates will add APIs, mobile, and workflow automation for gift-card-driven campaigns.

Zipcode Filter Selection for Shipping Zones

Store owners can now limit shipping zones by specific ZIP or postcode patterns, allowing fine-tuned regional delivery control. The feature supports comma-separated ZIPs and wildcard patterns (e.g., “46*”) for flexible area inclusion or exclusion. Invalid or duplicate entries are automatically flagged. This update improves delivery accuracy and simplifies local-only shipping setups.

Revamped Summary & Rebilling Tabs + Localization Support

The Summary and Rebilling tabs in the Agency Dashboard now feature a modern interface, faster loading times, and language localization. The layout offers cleaner reports and prepares for a backend update that will enhance data precision next month. This refresh improves usability and sets the stage for a new SaaS analytics dashboard coming soon.

HighLevel Python and PHP SDKs

Developers can now use official PHP and Python SDKs that fully automate OAuth 2.0 token management. These SDKs simplify app installation, token refresh, and uninstallation flows while supporting all public APIs. With embedded examples, automatic updates, and webhook integration, they make HighLevel API development faster and more reliable across multiple languages.

“Sell on Marketplace” for Snapshots

A new in-flow “Sell on Marketplace” option lets users list snapshots directly from their Account Snapshots menu. The guided modal pre-fills listing information, automates setup, and instantly generates a Marketplace link—no Developer Portal navigation required. This dramatically shortens the time to publish and reduces manual configuration errors.

GHL Marketplace: Limit on Private App Distribution

Private apps on the Marketplace are now limited to 5 unique agency installs to maintain high-quality pilot testing. Once the cap is reached, new installs are blocked until the app is published publicly. Real-time status indicators (“OK,” “Approaching,” “Blocked”) keep developers informed. Existing installs remain unaffected, ensuring continuity for current testers.

Gentle Nudges for Disconnected Calendar & Video Integrations

When a user’s calendar or video integration disconnects, HighLevel now sends automated reminder notifications on Days 1, 3, 7, and 14. These nudges arrive via email, SMS, or push (based on user preferences) and stop once reconnection occurs. The goal is to prevent missed bookings and broken video links while minimizing notification fatigue. Currently available for Meetings; Services support is coming soon.

Introducing New Templates

HighLevel has released a new batch of web, funnel, email, form, survey, social, and ad templates across industries like Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Real Estate. The update also includes one new Real Estate Snapshot for Title Companies. Each template is fully customizable, responsive, and optimized for conversions, enabling faster campaign and site creation.

Prospecting Tool Update — Fix for Virtual / Service Area Businesses

HighLevel fixed a bug that prevented adding virtual or service-area businesses (SABs) to the Prospecting Tool. Even when Google Business data isn’t available, users can now add prospects and generate reports seamlessly. The patch also restores submission functionality in the Prospecting Form Widget and strengthens data-fetching logic for future stability.

Revamped Trust Centre and A2P Experience

The Trust Center and A2P registration flow have been completely redesigned for clarity and compliance success. A step-by-step guided interface now includes inline examples, tooltips, and a final review stage before submission. Users benefit from fewer rejections, faster approvals, and visual guidance for EIN, opt-in consent, and campaign setup. Upcoming additions include live support calls and a video walkthrough directly inside the flow.
