Insane amount of updates this week and Varun (GHL co-founder) mentioned on a video they are basically doing daily development sprints now. Devs define requirements, go home, AI writes the feature overnight, dev checks and publishes the next day.

The bigger groupings this week were Services v2 with tons of updates, various updates to the AI builders, ongoing development of the new AI studio (see the video link at the end for the interview with Varun focused on that). Lots of others in different areas too.

New Reselling Analytics Widgets in Agency Dashboard

New analytics widgets in the Agency Dashboard provide visibility into revenue, costs, and margins for usage-based products. Agencies can now see top products by margin, compare cost vs revenue, and track profit trends over time. This eliminates the previous lack of clarity around profitability and pricing performance. The widgets enable more informed decisions on markups and product optimization. Overall, this strengthens agencies’ ability to scale reselling revenue with data.

Advanced Builder UX Updates: Stats Controls, Auto Layout & Click Animations

Advanced Builder received UX improvements focused on usability and visual feedback. Stats mode is now more flexible, can be toggled in edit mode, and persists across sessions. The builder automatically adjusts layout when stats are enabled to prevent overlap. A cleaner default AI Builder screen improves onboarding, and new click animations enhance interactivity. These changes make workflow building smoother and more intuitive.

Services (v2): Booking Experience Enhancements (In-App + Booking Page)

Booking workflows have been streamlined for both businesses and customers. Improvements include smarter phone handling, default staff selection, and alerts for unavailable services. Appointment titles can now use dynamic values and global formatting settings. On the customer side, the booking flow is simplified with cleaner UI and clearer payment visibility. These updates reduce friction and improve booking conversion rates.

Workflow Builder: Find & Replace Is Here

A new Find & Replace feature allows users to quickly locate and update values, tags, or text within a workflow. Users can search across nodes and replace supported elements individually or in bulk. This significantly reduces time spent editing large workflows and eliminates manual scanning. The feature supports both Standard and Advanced Builders with undo capability. It improves maintainability and speed of workflow updates.

Social Planner – Custom Date Range & Comparative View in Statistics

Social Planner analytics now support custom date ranges and period-over-period comparisons. Users can analyze performance across any timeframe and compare it with previous periods using built-in metrics. Charts dynamically adjust based on range length for better readability. This replaces the previous fixed 7-day view and reduces reliance on external analytics tools. It enables more flexible reporting and campaign analysis.

Calendars: Buy Now, Pay Later with Klarna & Affirm

Buy Now, Pay Later options via Klarna and Affirm are now available during booking. Customers can pay in installments while completing appointments across calendars, services, and rentals. Availability is dynamically shown based on eligibility and location. This improves conversion rates by offering flexible payment options. It also modernizes the checkout experience.

Gift Cards – Gift Card Creation, Selling, Sending & Redemption Now Available for All

A full end-to-end Gift Card system is now live across the platform. Businesses can create customizable gift card products, sell them عبر multiple channels, send them directly, and track all usage. Gift cards function as prepaid balances usable across various checkouts with support for partial or full redemption. The system includes inventory tracking, scheduling, and multi-channel delivery. This introduces a new revenue and retention lever for businesses.

AI Builder: Smarter Data Linking Across AI Actions & Create Task

AI Builder now correctly passes variables into actions instead of injecting redundant prompts. This improves accuracy across AI actions like summarization, translation, and decision-making. The Create Task action now generates human-readable task descriptions rather than instructions. These fixes reduce errors and eliminate cleanup work after generation. The result is more production-ready workflows out of the box.

Clarifying Agent in AI Builder

A new Clarifying Agent improves workflow generation by asking targeted questions before building or editing workflows. It activates only when key details like triggers, timing, or channels are missing. By gathering context upfront, it reduces revision cycles and improves first-pass accuracy. Users can answer or skip questions as needed. This lowers friction and cost while improving output quality.

Seamless document transfer during contact merge!

Contact merging now includes automatic transfer of documents from secondary contacts to the primary record. Previously, these files were lost or required manual handling. All documents are now preserved and accessible post-merge. This eliminates data loss and reduces administrative overhead. It improves reliability in contact management.

New: Announcements Builder (Banner Notifications)

A new Announcements Builder allows agencies to create and manage in-app banner notifications. Users can target agency or sub-account levels, schedule timing, and control display frequency. Messages can include CTAs with internal or external links and are prioritized by importance. The builder includes preview and management states. This provides a native channel for internal communication and updates.

Embedded Live Chat Widget

Live Chat can now be embedded directly داخل page content instead of only using floating widgets. This allows chat to be placed strategically near CTAs, forms, or key sections. The embedded widget creates a more integrated and less intrusive user experience. It supports multiple placements and remains fully responsive. This enhances engagement and conversion potential.

Ad Manager UI/UX revamp

Ad Manager has been completely redesigned with a modern, unified UI. Improvements include a cleaner campaign builder, better performance visibility, and structured listing views. Validation and error handling have been enhanced to reduce mistakes. A dedicated review and preview step improves confidence before launch. The update accelerates campaign creation and optimization workflows.

Trigger Stats Improved: View your trigger enrollments at a glance

Trigger Stats now provide real-time visibility into workflow enrollment performance directly داخل the builder. Users can see attempted, matched, and unmatched contacts along with detailed reasons. A full dashboard view enables deeper analysis and troubleshooting. This reduces the need to leave the workflow for diagnostics. It improves debugging and optimization of automations.

New & Improved email marketing public APIs

New V2 APIs for email marketing enable full lifecycle campaign management via API. Users can create, update, delete, and schedule campaigns, including batch operations. The APIs provide improved structure and richer data responses. Older APIs remain supported but will not receive updates. This enables more scalable and future-ready integrations.

Appointment Triggers now supports appointment guests!

Workflow triggers for appointments now support guest participants. Users can choose to enroll the primary contact, guests, or both when triggers fire. This enables automation for multi-attendee events مثل reminders and follow-ups. Existing workflows remain unchanged for backward compatibility. It expands automation coverage for group appointments.

New: Reviews Overview Dashboard (Labs)

A new Reviews Dashboard provides centralized visibility into reputation performance. It includes metrics for ratings, sentiment, review requests, responses, and widget engagement. Users can filter by source, page, and date range, with AI-generated summaries of feedback. The dashboard is customizable and currently available in Labs. It enables deeper insight into reputation management.

Enhanced Border Controls in Page Builder!

Page Builder now offers more granular border controls across elements. Users can adjust border width and radius per side and choose from additional styles. The interface is more consistent across elements while maintaining backward compatibility. This improves design flexibility and precision. It enhances visual customization capabilities.

Preference Management – Refinements

Preference management has been refined for clarity and usability. Default subscription types were removed, and category names are now editable with longer limits. Inline guidance clarifies scope, and save protections prevent accidental changes. Improved empty states provide clearer direction when no categories exist. These updates reduce confusion and improve control.

Sole Proprietor support in Chat Widget A2P Registration Flow.

A2P registration now supports sole proprietors داخل the Chat Widget flow. The system auto-detects account type and pre-fills relevant use cases. This removes the need for a separate registration process. It simplifies compliance and reduces setup time. The update makes onboarding more accessible.

Documents & Contracts: Collect card details

Brand Board Colors in the Forms & Surveys Color Picker!

Brand Board colors are now accessible directly in the builder color picker. Users can apply saved brand colors without manually entering hex codes. Custom colors can be added and managed from within the picker. This ensures consistent branding across forms and pages. It simplifies design workflows.

Enhanced Sync for Missed & Upcoming Appointments

Calendar syncing has been improved to handle disconnections and changes automatically. Appointments created أثناء downtime are now synced once the connection is restored. New integrations and calendar switches trigger automatic resyncing. This prevents missed meetings and manual corrections. It improves reliability of calendar integrations.

Services (v2) Date-Based Booking Window is now live!

Users are directed to relevant groups upon entry. This improves organization and migration flexibility. It enhances community management.

Services (v2) - New Global Booking Settings for Pricing & Coupons are now live!

Global booking settings now allow control over pricing display and coupon visibility. Businesses can hide coupon fields or show simplified “From $X” pricing. Settings apply across all booking widgets. This creates a cleaner and more controlled booking experience. It improves clarity and conversion.

Introducing New Templates

New templates have been added across websites, emails, forms, surveys, and ads. These templates are fully customizable and designed to accelerate marketing workflows. Categories include real estate, insurance, legal, and more. They provide ready-to-use starting points for campaigns. This reduces setup time and improves efficiency.
