AI Data Extract
AI and automation updates landed this week, led by a major Prospect AI upgrade that lets agencies run multiple targeting agents with monthly lead limits raised to 50–100, plus a new AI Data Extract workflow action that turns raw text from emails, SMS, and webhooks into clean, structured variables with no code.
Courses also gained Live Sessions for scheduling, hosting, and recording one-time or recurring classes in one place, while AI Builder in Workflows can now answer live analytics and performance questions in plain language.
Rounding it out are practical additions like SMS dashboard widgets, an Accounting Sync hub for QuickBooks/Xero/Wave, and a Housecall Pro workflow integration for home service businesses.

This Week's News:
HouseCall Pro - Workflow action & triggers
Housecall Pro now connects directly to Workflows through two triggers — Job scheduled and Job completed — and one action, Create new customer. Both triggers return the same full job payload with a nested customer object, keeping downstream mapping consistent, while the action creates a customer record from workflow inputs and returns the new customer ID. Authentication uses a single API key that can target multiple accounts via the Connected Account dropdown. This lets home service businesses fire confirmation messages, review requests, and CRM updates off bookings, reschedules, and completions automatically. The premium triggers and action are billed per execution at the standard automation rate.
QR Code Sharing in Funnel Builder
QR code sharing is now built directly into Funnel Builder, letting you generate and download a code for the current funnel step without leaving your workflow. The code links automatically to the active step and can be downloaded as PNG, SVG, or PDF, with an Edit QR option for further customization. The QR icon appears next to the Funnel URL only when a domain is connected or hosted. By keeping creation in the same place you build, the feature reduces the risk of linking the wrong page and makes it easier to promote funnels across print, events, packaging, and signage.
Product Custom Values for Dynamic Product Details Page Content
Store owners can now insert product-related custom values into Product Detail Pages to display product-specific information dynamically inside supported text elements. Available tokens include product name, description, type, label, ratings, price, SKU, stock status, subscription details, and shipping dimensions, with variant-based values like price and stock updating automatically when customers switch variants. The tokens live under the Product section of the Custom Values picker and work only in Heading, Sub-Heading, Paragraph, Bullet List, and Rich Text elements on PDPs and Custom PDPs. Unsupported or missing values render as blank, so no broken custom values appear on the live page. This gives merchants a faster way to build personalized, accurate product pages without manual edits.
Invoices - Accounting sync
Accounting Sync introduces a centralized hub for monitoring and fixing invoice, transaction, and contact sync activity across QuickBooks, Xero, and Wave. A live dashboard shows how many records synced and which failed, and users can drill into individual records, read the failure reason and last attempt timestamp, and retry a sync with one click. This replaces the previous experience of silent failures that often went unnoticed until an accountant flagged missing records. The feature is web-only, and while invoices from the mobile app sync automatically, their status and logs must be reviewed on web. Transaction and contact sync for Wave is invoices-only for now, with broader Wave coverage and proactive failure notifications planned.
Ad Manager: Draft support for Meta lead forms
Advertisers can now create and save Meta Lead Forms in a Draft state directly from the Ad Manager campaign flow using a new Save as Draft action. Draft forms appear in the lead form selector with a Draft badge, created timestamp, and inline edit capability, so teams can build forms iteratively and complete CRM field mappings later. Campaign validation now detects draft or incomplete forms before publishing and warns about unmapped fields, preventing accidental use of unfinished forms. This matters because Meta does not allow editing of published lead forms, making early mistakes costly once a form goes live. The capability is especially useful for agencies running complex lead-generation setups with approvals or multi-step reviews.
Support Tickets for Marketplace Apps
Agencies can now create and manage support tickets for third-party apps directly inside the App Marketplace, removing the need for email or external support channels. Tickets support file and screenshot attachments and two-way communication, with developers viewing and responding from the Developer Portal and all conversation history tied to the app. Email notifications are sent on ticket creation and updates, and each ticket is generated in Freshdesk with the full conversation. Sub-account admins and users cannot create tickets, and the feature is enabled through Agency view → Labs → Marketplace - Developer Support Tickets. The result is a more transparent, centralized, and trackable support experience across the Marketplace ecosystem.
Analytics & Discovery Sub Agent in AI Builder in Workflows
AI Builder can now answer analytics and performance questions in plain language off live account data, extending it beyond building and editing workflows. Users can pull performance insights such as entries over any period, status breakdowns, completion rates, goal conversions, and drop-off points, plus email and SMS engagement metrics, branch percentages, contact tracking, and trigger diagnostics. A workflow search capability lets you find any workflow by name, status, tags, triggers, actions, or last editor, all from one window inside Workflows. The Assistant only reads and never modifies workflows, runs periods against your own timezone, and states clearly when there is no data rather than inventing numbers. This closes the gap between building workflows and understanding their performance without leaving the canvas.
Pricing Update: SMS Costs for Select International Destinations Effective June 12, 2026
Effective June 12, 2026, HighLevel is updating outbound SMS pricing for select international destinations due to carrier and provider cost increases. Affected routes include Gibraltar ($0.1091 → $0.1225), Iraq ($0.4491 → $0.5030), Ivory Coast, Jordan, Liberia, Madagascar, Malaysia ($0.2594 → $0.3389), Montenegro, Samoa, São Tomé and Príncipe, and Togo. The changes reflect updated messaging-provider costs required to maintain reliable delivery across these destinations. No action is needed from users — the new rates take effect automatically on the effective date.
Alt Text Support for Images in Social Planner
Social Planner now lets you add descriptive alt text to images directly inside the composer, improving accessibility without switching to native social platforms. Alt text can be added, edited, or removed by hovering over an uploaded image, and it is stored individually for each image — including every image in a carousel or multi-image post. Images with configured alt text display a visual indicator for easy identification, and Social Planner automatically sends the text to platforms that support it while safely ignoring it elsewhere. This helps creators build more inclusive content, follow accessibility best practices, and avoid editing posts natively after publishing.
Conversations AI: Enhanced Audio Understanding
Conversations AI has been upgraded with an enhanced speech recognition engine that delivers higher transcription accuracy for voice messages and audio notes. The update improves handling of accents, pronunciation variations, and noisy or lower-quality recordings, and adds support for additional languages including Arabic, Bengali, Hebrew, Persian (Farsi), Serbian, Tagalog, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu. Audio processing is also more reliable, with better recovery from failures and fewer transcription interruptions. These enhancements are automatically available to all users who have enabled Respond to Audio in Bot Settings, with no additional setup required. The result is better interpretation of customer intent from voice interactions and more natural responses.
Media Library: Expanded File Preview Support
The Media Library now previews many more file types directly in its existing modal, removing the need to download files to inspect them. Supported formats include PDFs with page navigation and text selection, Word documents with full formatting, Excel and CSV spreadsheets with worksheet tabs, audio files (MP3, WAV, OGG, M4A), interactive 3D models, and text or code files with syntax highlighting. The correct viewer opens automatically based on file type when you select a file or choose Preview from the right-click menu. Size limits apply per type — up to 50 MB for PDFs and 3D models, 15 MB for Office files, and 100 MB for audio — and spreadsheet previews cap at 1,000 rows by 100 columns. Unsupported formats such as PowerPoint, ZIP archives, and legacy Word documents show an improved Preview Not Available message.
Audit Logs for Preference Management
Audit Logs have been expanded to give greater visibility into preference and subscription management activity. Users can now track contact preference updates — including which contact was affected, who made the change, when it happened, and the previous and updated values — as well as modifications to subscription types in the Preference Management Hub. Records are accessible under Settings → Audit Logs and can be exported for compliance and reporting. This improves transparency and accountability across teams by making it easy to identify exactly what changed, who changed it, and when. A dedicated History tab on Contact Preferences with a full timeline of changes, sources, and legal basis is planned next.
Live Sessions in Courses
Live Sessions in Courses let creators plan, host, and reuse live learning from one place, supporting both one-time classes and recurring series. Recurring sessions can follow daily, weekly, or custom patterns with full timezone awareness, and each session appears as a card within the Course Outline for easy browsing. Creators can edit or cancel sessions — applying changes to a single occurrence or all upcoming ones — and the Go Live button activates 15 minutes before start, with reminder emails and learner notifications. Learners get a dedicated Live Session section, and after a session ends creators can access recordings, download them, or add them into the course as lessons. The feature unifies scheduling, hosting, notifications, learner access, and recordings into a single workflow.
SMS Widgets for Dashboards & Reporting - All Your SMS Data, Right Where You Work
A dedicated SMS section is now available in the Dashboards widget panel, bringing SMS data alongside existing Email and Call widgets. Five ready-to-use widgets — SMS by status, Incoming SMS count, SMS by source type, SMS by sender, and SMS volume over time — are each fully configurable by delivery status, direction, source, or sender. SMS is also available as a dimension in Custom Metrics, so teams can build KPIs like delivery rate or inbound volume using the formula builder. This gives a full messaging picture in one place, with delivery health at a glance and breakdowns by source or team member, plus two-way visibility into inbound and outbound activity. The widgets are available on all plans that include Dashboards & Reporting.
Prospect AI — Major improvements Live
Prospect AI is evolving from a simple lead finder into a full prospecting engine with more control over discovery, scheduling, enrichment, and management. Users can now create multiple AI agents, each targeting a different niche, location, search radius, and filter set, and monthly limits have risen to up to 50 leads on basic Prospecting and up to 100 on Premium (applied per account, not per agent). Smarter weekly and monthly scheduling lets agents begin during the current cycle instead of waiting, and improved lead allocation gives real-time visibility into how the monthly budget is distributed across agents. New audit and enrichment controls let users choose which Marketing Audit sections run and whether sub-account prospecting auto-creates CRM contacts. Planned additions include automatic opportunity creation, run history and logs, and personalized AI outreach drafts.
Publish Poll Posts in Linkedin from Social Planner
LinkedIn Polls can now be created, scheduled, and published natively from the Social Planner composer without switching to LinkedIn. Each poll supports a question of up to 140 characters and two to four answer options of up to 30 characters each, with selectable durations of 1, 3, 7, or 14 days and a preview before publishing. Polls work across all existing publishing flows, including instant publishing, scheduled and recurring posts, category queues, CSV bulk uploads, and drafts. Note that LinkedIn Polls cannot be combined with images, videos, or other media — attaching media to the LinkedIn version prevents the poll from publishing. The feature helps creators drive engagement and gather audience feedback while managing polls alongside all other content.
Rich Text Formatting Improvements on the Mobile apps
Version 4.14 fixes the rich text editor's cross-device rendering so content created on web is faithfully preserved when opened, edited, and saved on mobile, and vice versa. Line spacing, block quotes, blank lines, mixed formatting, and email snippets now stay intact across the round trip, ending the broken layouts and vanishing blank lines that previously appeared when switching devices. Rich text is supported in Contact Notes, Conversations (Emails), Tasks, Appointment Notes, Invoice Terms, and any other field powered by the shared editor. To benefit, users install v4.14 or later on iOS or Android and reopen any web-formatted content. Some complex tables and deeply nested lists may still simplify slightly on mobile, with further parity improvements planned.
Expanded Quiz Results Page Default Value Enhancements
Smart default value functionality has been expanded across more sections of the Quiz Results Page, now covering Individual Category, Category Score, and Overall Score sections in addition to the previously supported Call to Action section. When configuring the first tier (Low, Medium, or High) in a category, those values automatically populate as defaults for the remaining tiers, with real-time preview across all tiers rather than a single fixed one. Score configurations now map using Category ID and Tier ID instead of tier labels, so tiers with the same name no longer overlap, producing more reliable and scalable setups. The changes apply automatically to new quizzes, while existing quizzes must be re-saved to take effect. Overall, the update reduces repetitive manual configuration and is expected to cut setup-related support tickets.
Grey Label API Documentation Now Available on LeadConnector
API documentation is now hosted on the LeadConnector domain, giving agencies and partners a fully grey-labeled developer experience. GoHighLevel branding and references have been removed from the documentation pages, and API parameters and references were updated to align with a grey-labeled experience across environments. The documentation is accessible at marketplace.leadconnectorhq.com/docs. This matters because White Label partners frequently share API docs with customers, developers, and integration partners, and those pages previously exposed GoHighLevel branding. The change makes sharing documentation and building integrations easier while strengthening the overall White Label experience.
Introducing New Templates
A new batch of customizable web templates has been published across multiple marketing channels to streamline website, funnel, and campaign creation. The release includes one website template (Legal), one email template (Marketing Agency), one survey template (Legal), and four social templates (Insurance and Legal). It also adds five Google Ad templates spanning Home Services, Health & Wellness, Finance, Creative, and Business Coaching, plus five LinkedIn Ad templates covering Real Estate, Business Coaching, Creative, and Marketing Agency niches. The templates are fully customizable and professional, helping users save time and focus on engaging their audience.
Auto-Suggestive Mode for Conversations AI
Suggestive Mode in Conversations AI has been revamped so reply suggestions are drafted in the background the moment a new message arrives, rather than after you open the composer. A redesigned suggestion card makes it easy to review, edit, and send AI responses, and a ready suggestion is already waiting when you open the conversation — with no loading or manual trigger. Replies can be accepted as-is in a single click or fine-tuned first, and if a newer message arrives the suggestion refreshes to stay relevant. Suggestions are always drafts only, so nothing is ever sent automatically and the final decision stays with the user. The result is faster responses with less waiting and fewer clicks while retaining full control.
AI Data Extract Action in Workflows
Workflows now include a native AI-powered action that extracts structured data from unstructured text such as emails, SMS messages, webhook payloads, and AI outputs. Users define the fields they need and point the action at an input source via the custom value picker, and the AI returns clean, typed variables ready for any downstream action — no code or external tools required. An optional context field improves accuracy for complex or ambiguous inputs, and pre-built templates cover common extraction patterns or can be replaced with custom field sets. Every extracted field becomes a workflow variable immediately available in subsequent actions. This natively closes a long-standing gap that previously required manual workarounds or external tools to turn raw text into actionable data.
