AI studio in snapshots
E-commerce updates
This week's HighLevel updates are heavy on productivity and scale — the most notable being the launch of Email Sequences in Beta Labs (threaded, conditional email automation), the completely redesigned Sub-Accounts Management experience built for large agency portfolios, and the new All New Task Manager on mobile with recurring tasks and opportunity linking.
The e-commerce side saw meaningful improvements too, with Add to Cart now available directly on Product List and Featured Products pages, plus new button link-to actions for Buy Now and Collections. Rounding it out, AI Studio Snapshot support went live (a top-voted request), enabling agencies to bundle and replicate AI Studio projects across sub-accounts at scale.
This Week's News:
SLA Widgets in Dashboards - Response Time Accountability
Four new SLA widgets are now available in the Conversations section of the Dashboards widget panel: SLA met trend, SLA breached trend, average response time trend, and SLA performance by user and channel. Each widget supports filtering by assigned user and message channel (Call, SMS, Email, Web Chat, Facebook, GMB, Instagram). To add one, open a dashboard, click Edit Dashboard → Add Widget, and scroll to the Conversations section. These widgets complement existing Conversations widgets and are available on all plans that include Dashboards & Reporting, with a maximum date range of one year.
Book Appointment Action: Now with Timezone Control
The Book Appointment workflow action now includes a Timezone field, letting you specify a fixed timezone or pull the contact's timezone dynamically. When the action runs, the Start Date & Time is interpreted in the selected timezone before the appointment is booked, preventing bookings from landing hours off for contacts in different regions. If no timezone is selected, the action defaults to the account timezone. This update applies only to the Book Appointment action and does not affect calendar availability checks when Override Availability is enabled.
Control Who Can Create Pipelines
Admins can now restrict pipeline creation to specific roles through a dedicated permission in Settings → My Staff → Roles & Permissions → Opportunities. Users without the permission are blocked from creating, cloning, or duplicating pipelines. This affects both Agency Admins and Account Admins managing role-based access, as well as any sub-account users whose roles are modified. The permission takes effect immediately upon saving.
Email Sequences now available in Beta Labs
Email Sequences is now live in Beta Labs, enabling automated threaded email conversations with delays, conditional sending based on open or delivery status, and Stop on Reply logic. Following a private beta with 60+ agencies, the feature is now broadly accessible via Settings → Beta Labs → Email Sequences, then Marketing → Email → Campaigns → Create New Sequence. Sequences support both designed and plain-text emails and include per-step analytics. A/B testing, workflow enrollment triggers, and AI-assisted sequence creation are planned for a future release.
All New Task Manager - Mobile App V2
Tasks V2 is a ground-up rebuild of the mobile task manager, adding recurring tasks (hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly), opportunity linking, multiple contacts per task, and both List and Board views. Task cards now surface the linked contact and opportunity without requiring a tap, and tasks auto-group into Overdue, Today, This Week, and Upcoming sections. A progress ring on the home screen tracks daily completion at a glance. Available in version 4.18.0 for HighLevel, LeadConnector, and white-label apps.
Internal Notifications: Notify Followers + Opportunity Owners
The Internal Notification workflow action now lets you notify contact followers, opportunity followers, or both in addition to the existing recipient types. Opportunity Owner has also been added as a selectable recipient in the User Type picker. Follower lists are resolved at the time the action runs, and duplicate recipients are automatically deduplicated. This is available for Email, In-App Notification, SMS, and WhatsApp; existing Internal Notification actions are unchanged.
Improved Field Search Experience in Workflows
Field dropdowns in workflow trigger filters now rank search results so the closest match appears first, regardless of whether it is a standard or custom field. When the search is cleared, the dropdown returns to its standard Standard Fields / Custom Fields sections. This applies wherever the field dropdown appears in the workflow builder, making field selection faster for users managing long field lists. No configuration is required.
Updated WhatsApp Per-Message Pricing (Effective July 2026)
Per-message rates for WhatsApp Marketing and Utility template messages are changing effective July 2026 billing to reflect Meta's updated rate card. Notable changes include Italy Marketing ($0.0726 → $0.0835), UK Marketing ($0.0555 → $0.0667), Pakistan Utility ($0.0057 → $0.0105), and Turkey Utility dropping over 80% to $0.0009. Six markets — Hong Kong, Singapore, Hungary, Poland, Romania, and Qatar — are now named with dedicated rates instead of regional "Rest of" rates. Service conversations remain free in all markets; no action is required, as new rates apply automatically to messages sent from July 2026 onward.
Reorder Pipelines in the Opportunities Pipeline View
Admins can now reorder pipelines in the Opportunities pipeline view via drag-and-drop or a "Move to position" option in the three-dot Actions menu. The new order persists across users and page refreshes, making it a location-level setting. Previously, pipeline order was fixed and could not be customized from the UI, requiring workarounds like naming conventions. Only admins can reorder pipelines; the change saves automatically with no additional steps.
"All Pipelines" Option in the Pipeline Dropdown
The pipeline dropdown in Opportunities now includes an All Pipelines option that consolidates every pipeline into a single unified list view. This option is available only in List view — it is disabled in Kanban (Board) view — and Smartlists saved from this view are always List type. Users can navigate to Opportunities → List view, open the pipeline dropdown, select All Pipelines, and optionally save the result as a Smartlist. This eliminates the need to switch between pipelines to get a cross-portfolio view of opportunities.
Blogs: New Author Layout
Blog posts now support a Modern Author Layout (card-based design with cleaner visual hierarchy) alongside the existing Classic layout. The Modern layout is the default for newly created posts and displays profile image, name, designation, bio, social links, and email in a structured format; long bios are condensed with a Read More toggle. The layout is fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile. Existing blog posts keep their current layout unless manually updated in Blog Post Settings.
AI Studio Snapshot Support is Live!
AI Studio projects can now be included in Account Snapshots, allowing agencies to share and replicate AI Studio setups across sub-accounts. Previously, projects could only be cloned one at a time; snapshots now support bundling multiple projects for faster onboarding and templating. To use it, go to Agency Dashboard → Account Snapshots → Create New Snapshot, select the source sub-account and AI Studio projects, then import the snapshot into new or existing sub-accounts. This was one of the top-voted requests on the HighLevel Ideas Board.
Meta Pixel Enhancement with Suppression Logic for Legacy Event Tracking
Legacy Meta Pixel events are now suppressed at the individual event level rather than globally when the new Events tab is enabled, preventing partially migrated accounts from losing tracking on unmapped events. Specifically, SubmitApplication is suppressed only when InitiateCheckout or AddPaymentInfo are configured, and OrderFormPurchase is suppressed only when Purchase is configured. PageView and ViewContent events now pass a privacy-safe external_id on both the browser pixel and Conversions API, improving event matching and deduplication. Accounts that have not started migrating to the Events tab are unaffected.
Mobile Payments: Unsaved Changes Dialog for Invoices & Estimates
When editing an invoice or estimate on mobile, attempting to exit with unsaved changes now triggers a confirmation dialog offering Save or Discard options. If no changes were made, the editor exits immediately without showing the prompt. This protection applies to both the invoice and estimate editor flows in the mobile app. The change prevents accidental data loss during mobile editing sessions.
Chronological Appointment Sorting in Contacts & Conversations
Appointments in the Contacts and Conversations tabs are now sorted chronologically: upcoming appointments show nearest first (ascending order), and past appointments show most recent first (descending order). Previously, appointments were not consistently ordered, making it harder to identify the next upcoming interaction or most recent history. A View action on the Appointments tab now lets users open appointment details directly without navigating elsewhere. This applies across both Contacts and Conversations without requiring any configuration.
Ecommerce Actions in Button "Link To" Settings
Website buttons can now link directly to three ecommerce actions: Add to Cart (single price adds instantly; All Prices opens a variant selection modal), Buy Now (single price goes straight to checkout; All Prices opens a modal), and Collection (links to a filtered Product List Page for the selected collection). This is available only for Websites, not Funnels, and requires an existing store. If the linked product, price, or collection is deleted after the button is configured, the button is disabled or shows a 404 page respectively.
Add to Cart on Product List & Featured Products
Store owners can now enable Add to Cart directly on Product List Pages and Featured Products elements, allowing customers to add items without visiting the full Product Details Page. Single-variant or single-price products display an Add to Cart button on the card; multi-variant or multi-price products show a Choose Options button that opens a modal with Add to Cart and Buy Now support. Customizations made on the Product Details Page carry through to the Add to Cart modal for a consistent experience. When all variants are out of stock, buttons are hidden but the product card remains visible.
Transfer Calls to Web, Phone, and SIP - No Personal Phone Number Required (via Labs)
Agents can now transfer inbound or outbound calls to teammates who have no personal phone number configured, routing instead to the web app, a SIP desk phone, or any device listed under "Forward calls to." Both warm and blind transfers are supported; the receiving agent sees that the call is a transfer and answers from the web app. Teammates with no device configured are hidden from the transfer list, and re-transferring an already-transferred call is not yet supported. Enable via Agency Settings → Labs → Sub-Account → "Transfer calls to any device a teammate uses."
Smarter Duration Discounts & Scheduling Notice Logic for Rentals
Duration-based discounts for rentals now evaluate eligibility using the configured rental period rather than the raw booking duration, ensuring day-based, night-based, weekly, and monthly rentals qualify for discounts as expected — for example, a Monday-to-Wednesday stay correctly counts as 2 days even if the underlying hours are under 48. Minimum scheduling notice for rental modes configured in Days, Weeks, or Months is similarly evaluated by rental period: a 2-day notice requirement is satisfied as long as the booking starts at least 2 calendar days out, regardless of exact hours. Businesses needing precise hour-level notice restrictions can continue using the Hours option. These changes align rental booking behavior with how rental businesses define and sell their inventory.
LinkedIn Migration to Marketplace Architecture
The LinkedIn integration has been migrated to HighLevel's Marketplace framework, replacing legacy credential handling with the more secure Marketplace authentication flow. Existing LinkedIn connections continue to work without reconfiguration; new connections are made through the Marketplace architecture going forward. The migration lays the foundation for future multi-account LinkedIn support within a single location. Enable via Labs → LinkedIn Marketplace Migration to access the updated integration.
Find Available Rentals Faster with Date Filters on Booking Page
Customers on a Rentals Booking Page can now filter listings by Start Date and End Date before browsing, showing only listings available for the full selected period with booking details pre-filled when a listing is opened. The filter adapts to each listing's booking mode — Date Selector, Date & Time Selector, or Fixed Duration — and respects all configured availability rules including buffers, lead time, and advance booking limits. Nightly rentals requiring at least one night will not appear when the same start and end date are selected. This reduces the need to check availability listing by listing and improves booking conversion through smarter defaults.
Improved SEO Subscription Management
SEO subscription cancellation now flows through a guided Manage Subscription process instead of a one-click unsubscribe action. Before cancelling, users can choose whether to keep their SEO fixes or revert them, and can opt to cancel immediately or at the end of the current billing cycle. Scheduled cancellations can be reversed directly in the app via Keep my subscription, removing the need to contact support. Access the updated flow at SEO → Settings → Manage Subscription.
Upload Images Directly from a URL
Media Storage now supports importing images directly from a public URL, skipping the download-then-upload workflow. After pasting a URL, users see a thumbnail preview, auto-detected file name, and image dimensions before confirming the import. Built-in validation surfaces errors for invalid links, unsupported formats, or oversized files, and a copyright confirmation step is required before import completes. Imported images land in the current Media Storage folder and behave like standard uploads.
Add Custom Fields to Community Membership Questions & Sync with CRM
Community Membership Questions can now be linked directly to CRM Custom Fields, so answers submitted when a user joins a community are automatically written to that contact's CRM record. To set this up, go to Community Settings → Membership Questions → Add Question → Custom Fields tab, select the target CRM field, and save. Submitted answers are visible in the Contact Details section under the relevant custom field folder. This enables automated approvals, workflow triggers, and up-to-date contact records without manual data entry.
Customer Replied Trigger: Improved Message Filters
Two enhancements have been added to message filters in the Customer Replied workflow trigger: a new Has Attachments filter (yes/no values) and a consolidated Message Body filter that replaces the separate Contains Phrase and Exact Match Phrase options while adding does not contain, empty, and not empty checks. Existing workflows using the older filter names continue to work without modification. The new filters make it easier to route messages based on whether they carry attachments or match specific body content, such as directing file-bearing messages to a design team or flagging messages containing "showing" for a real estate pipeline.
Goal Event Enhancements: Now with Support for Task Status
The Goal Event action in workflows now supports Task Status as a goal type, covering both Task Created and Task Completed events. Builders can filter by task Name or Assignee using the same filter options available in the Task-based workflow trigger. This closes a gap where task lifecycle events were available as triggers but not as goals, allowing contacts to be routed to a goal branch based on real CRM task progress without adding extra workflow steps. A typical use case: pull a contact to the goal branch when their assigned onboarding task is marked complete, then send the next onboarding email.
Introducing the New Sub-Accounts Management Experience
The Sub-Accounts list has been redesigned as a structured, tabular workspace centered on Smartlists, replacing the previous card-based view. The new Accounts tab draws from the HighRise experience, giving Agency Owners a single destination to quickly locate accounts, compare data across clients, and organize portfolios into focused segments. Smartlists let agencies create persistent, filtered views aligned to specific teams or business objectives, reducing repeated searching and filtering. The redesign is aimed at agencies managing large client portfolios where speed, visibility, and operational efficiency at scale are critical.
Spintax - Create Dynamic Variants of Your Emails Easily
Spintax lets email builders define multiple word or phrase alternatives inside a single template using the syntax {SPIN|option1|option2|option3}, and the system automatically selects one variation per send. It works in subject lines, preview text, and the email body, and supports nested custom values within variations. The feature is designed to reduce content uniformity in cold outreach, improve deliverability, and eliminate the need to maintain separate A/B versions for messaging tests. Access it directly in the Email Builder.
