FB, IG, and Voice in Chat Widget
Missing location notification

Bug fixes
The deadline to join our ACCELERATE HighLevel week is coming up fast, just a few days left to register!
It is a small group co-working week where I'm going to work side-by-side with you to implement new capabilities in your GHL account. Think AI, automations, new pipelines, etc. When you register, we'll have a 1:1 call to discuss your specific needs and those will be added to the plan for the week.
This is your chance to get ~20 hours of side-by-side strategy and implementation support to get more done in a week than you probable have in six months.
Ok back to the news for this week:
The chat widget updates now allow you to choose the channel your customers use and are most likely on (ex. FB Messenger) from your website.
The missing location notice on meetings is a good one too (I had a custom workflow for this before) to send a notification if a meeting is booked but no location (Zoom/Teams) link added. This can happen if your calendar integration expires or has issues, now you'll know before the meeting :)
Several other updates as well, please click at least one of the news items or reply to the message to make sure you continue to receive GHL NEWS!
This Week's News:
AI Schedule (Smart Send Time Optimization)
AI Schedule introduces intelligent send-time optimization by analyzing each recipient’s historical engagement patterns. Instead of guessing the best time to send an email, the system predicts and selects the moment with the highest likelihood of engagement within the window you choose. If no data exists for a contact, the email sends immediately to keep campaigns on schedule. This helps users increase open and reply rates with zero manual intervention. The feature supports LC Email and Mailgun accounts without 2-way sync.
Reduced Padding around QR Codes Logo
QR codes now feature improved visual presentation with reduced logo padding, creating a cleaner and more polished appearance. The enhancement applies automatically to all new and previously generated QR codes. Scan performance remains unchanged, ensuring reliability while improving aesthetics. Users benefit from a sleeker, more professional look without needing to modify settings.
Stay Informed When a Meeting is Missing a Location
A new alert notifies users when appointments are created without a meeting location or link, preventing confusion and reducing no-shows. The system flags issues like failed Zoom/Meet integrations or missing custom locations. Notifications are sent only to staff who enable them, ensuring personalized control. Each affected appointment generates its own alert so nothing is overlooked. This improves scheduling accuracy and reduces last-minute troubleshooting.
Easily Adjust Margins in Forms, Surveys & Quizzes
Users can now set top margins directly in the builder for forms, surveys, and quizzes without writing CSS. Changes appear instantly in the preview, making layout adjustments faster and more intuitive. Defaults remain unchanged unless modified, preserving existing designs. This improvement empowers non-technical users and streamlines publishing workflows.
SaaS Analytics: Deep Insights Into Your SaaS Business
A new SaaS Analytics tab provides comprehensive visibility into key SaaS metrics such as MRR, customer counts, churn, expansion revenue, and plan distribution. The dashboard helps agencies understand revenue patterns and customer behavior with clarity. These insights support better pricing, packaging, and growth strategies. Agencies on the $497 Pro Plan can now make data-driven decisions to scale more effectively.
Big News: Prospecting Is Now FREE in Agency Sub-Accounts!
Prospecting is now free inside Agency Sub-Accounts, enabling lead generation, audits, and CRM syncing directly where client workflows occur. Previously limited to Agency view or Premium tiers, this change brings prospecting closer to day-to-day operations. Agencies can still upgrade for higher volume, enrichment, or customizable reports. A simple toggle in Labs and marking sub-accounts as agency-owned activates access. This update significantly expands value for teams managing leads at the sub-account level.
Service Appointments Can Now Be Edited
Users can now update almost all details of unpaid service appointments—services, add-ons, staff, location, and timing—without rebooking. Paid appointments remain partially restricted, but duplication provides a quick workaround for changes. Clear messaging explains editable fields to reduce confusion. This enhancement saves time, eliminates unnecessary cancellations, and improves scheduling flexibility for clients.
Key Behaviors Now Highlighted for Event Calendars
Event Calendar setup now displays a highlighted informational message explaining how these calendars behave differently from standard types. A tooltip outlines syncing, assignment, and integration differences, helping users set correct expectations. This reduces errors, improves transparency, and cuts down on support requests. Users gain more confidence choosing the right configuration for their scheduling needs.
Add Multiple Terms & Conditions Now in Surveys & Quizzes
Surveys and quizzes now support multiple Terms & Conditions fields, matching the flexibility available in forms. This resolves the prior limitation of only one consent checkbox. Users can now collect layered agreements for privacy, marketing, or data usage in a single flow. The enhancement supports more complex compliance requirements and creates consistency across all builders.
Single Product Auto-Selection in Builder Preview
Forms with a single product now automatically select it in the checkout preview, eliminating confusion and reducing extra clicks. This improvement applies to both radio and checkbox product types. It ensures a more intuitive and accurate preview of the customer experience. The update streamlines testing and reduces friction when building order forms.
Fixed: Drag-and-Drop Behavior
Drag-and-drop actions in form and quiz builders now reliably insert elements where placed rather than replacing adjacent items. The interaction is consistent across all positions, creating predictable layout control. Adjacent moves behave more smoothly, reducing accidental design changes. This fix enhances builder usability and prevents layout errors.
Bug Fix: Cursor Support in Score Editor
The Score Editor now allows cursor placement anywhere within an expression, enabling precise mid-expression edits. Users can navigate using arrow keys and type directly where changes are needed. Improved insert and delete behavior eliminates the frustration of editing only from the end. Visual cues like a blinking cursor make interactions more intuitive. The enhancement significantly improves accuracy when creating scoring formulas.
Facebook, Instagram & Voice AI Support in All-in-One Chat Widget
The All-in-One Chat Widget now supports Facebook, Instagram, and Voice AI channels alongside SMS, Email, WhatsApp, and Live Chat. Users can select which channels appear, with real-time preview updates ensuring accurate configuration. This creates a unified, customizable multichannel messaging experience for website visitors. It strengthens cross-platform engagement and provides businesses greater control over communication options.
Facebook & Instagram Chat Widget Types
Two new widget types—Facebook Chat and Instagram Chat—allow websites to route visitors directly into Messenger or Instagram DMs. Setup panels inside the builder make it easy to select or connect accounts without leaving the workflow. A redesigned Meta connection modal simplifies page selection and syncing. These additions expand conversational entry points and provide more flexible engagement options for agencies and businesses.
