Welcome to GHL NEWS! In Today's issue:

  • Builder updates everywhere

  • New Leadconnector Apps

  • Teasing a new AI update

Lots of updates this week and some big improvements to the Advanced Workflow Builder and Agent Studio. GHL also teased a new AI website builder coming soon that looks like it may be what we all have been asking for...

This week I've been deep diving on Claude Code and integrating with HighLevel and Notion which are the two foundational platforms my agency uses for everything.

One of this week's updates makes it easy to give your Agent Studio agents a public API so you can imagine having agents inside HighLevel able to be integrated with agents from other platforms...

This Week's News:

Agent Studio -- AI Agent Builder Live

This release introduces a native AI assistant directly inside Agent Studio, enabling users to build, modify, test, and iterate on agents through natural conversation — no manual configuration required. The assistant is fully integrated into the Studio experience and designed to accelerate every stage of the agent development lifecycle.

Agent Studio Deploy to API Live!

We’re introducing API Deploy inside Agent Studio, allowing builders to access production-promoted agent versions directly via Public API without leaving the builder. Once a version is promoted to production, it can be instantly deployed and accessed through ready-to-use API snippets.

Advanced Builder – Build Faster with Auto-Connecting Steps

The Advanced Workflow Builder now supports drag-and-drop placement of triggers and actions directly onto the canvas. Steps automatically connect when dropped at the end of a branch or between existing nodes, eliminating manual linking. This significantly speeds up workflow mapping and makes automation building more visual and intuitive. Users can lay out full automation structures quickly before configuring individual steps. The result is faster workflow creation with less friction.

LeadConnector Desktop App Live for macOS and Windows!

LeadConnector’s Desktop App is now live for both macOS and Windows. The desktop experience is faster and tends to make users more “sticky,” largely because it eliminates performance drag from Chrome extensions. White-labeling is next, expected to be included at no extra cost on the $297 and $497 plans.

Version History Improvements: View & Restore Versions Across Builders

Version History now supports restoring workflows across both the Standard and Advanced Builders without manual switching. Each saved version remembers which builder it was created in and restores accordingly. This ensures structure and formatting remain intact during rollback. Teams can confidently experiment in different builders knowing older versions can be recovered seamlessly. The update removes context loss when switching between builder modes.

[Compliance] Stay compliant with ACH payment on Stripe

HighLevel now requires Stripe ACH users to comply with updated Nacha transaction classification rules effective March 20, 2026. Agencies and sub-accounts accepting US bank payments must configure classification settings directly in Stripe. This ensures customers can clearly identify transactions on bank statements and meet carrier compliance requirements. The update reduces risk of payment disruptions or ACH rejection. No changes are made automatically—users must update Stripe settings manually.

Canva Integration in Media Storage

Canva can now be connected directly inside Media Storage at the location level. Users can browse, edit, and import Canva designs without leaving HighLevel. This reduces duplicate uploads, centralizes creative assets, and accelerates campaign execution. Permissions are managed per location with a single OAuth connection. The integration streamlines creative workflows and improves asset management efficiency.

Bulk Import for Companies

Companies can now be imported in bulk via a structured CSV workflow with create and update options. The guided flow includes duplicate detection, smart field mapping, and import verification before execution. Import tracking provides success, warning, and error reports for full visibility. This simplifies CRM migrations and onboarding for large datasets. The feature is currently available in Labs.

AI Builder: 52% Faster Workflow Generation

AI Builder workflow generation speed has been reduced by more than half, now averaging under 28 seconds. The improvement is a backend optimization with no tradeoff in accuracy or quality. This makes AI-generated workflows faster than manual creation for many users. It reinforces AI Builder as a primary automation creation method rather than a beginner tool. The feature remains available in Labs.

Record IDs – Improved Visibility in Lists & Record Details

Record IDs are now easier to access in Custom Objects, Companies, and Tasks. Users can enable Record ID as a column in list view and view it in the record detail footer. This supports faster debugging, API integrations, and automation testing. It reduces time spent locating identifiers during troubleshooting. The update improves technical workflow efficiency.

Reselling Reporting on Agency Dashboard

A new Reselling tab has been added to the Agency Dashboard, providing detailed visibility into usage-based and subscription-based resold services. Agencies can track revenue, costs, profit, MRR, and product-level performance with filters and visual trend widgets. Distribution and growth charts highlight high-performing and underperforming products. The feature transforms reselling into a measurable growth channel. Agencies gain clearer insight into monetized services across sub-accounts.

Blogs – Revamped URL Blog Importer Experience

The Blog URL Importer now follows a structured Scan → Review → Map → Import flow with improved metadata handling. Users can map authors, categories, and tags during import and proceed even if some metadata is missing. Mapped posts import as published, while unmapped posts import as drafts. The update improves migration success rates from external CMS platforms. It reduces manual recovery work and dependency on support.

Bulk Import for Custom Objects (Create + Update)

Custom Object records can now be bulk imported with create, update, or create+update modes. Duplicate handling uses defined unique fields, and blank overwrites can be controlled. Import progress and error tracking are managed in Bulk Actions. This extends enterprise-level data management to Custom Objects. The feature is available via Labs.

New Guided Setup for SaaS Agencies

The SaaS Configurator now includes a guided onboarding checklist for faster setup. Agencies are walked through connecting payments, selecting currency, creating plans, and generating sales links. Progress is saved automatically, reducing setup confusion. The streamlined flow accelerates SaaS launches with fewer errors. This improves first-time agency onboarding into SaaS Mode.

LinkedIn Ad Campaigns Support in Snapshots

Snapshots now support LinkedIn ad campaign structures, including Campaign Groups, Campaigns, and Ads. Agencies can replicate LinkedIn setups across sub-accounts with full hierarchy preservation. Imported campaigns are created in draft mode and follow existing conflict logic. This eliminates manual LinkedIn campaign rebuilding for multi-client agencies. It brings LinkedIn parity with Google and Meta snapshot capabilities.

Schema Markup Generator

A native Schema Markup Generator has been added to the Website and Funnel Builder. Users can create, validate, and publish structured data without external tools or manual code injection. The tool supports 140+ schema types and includes both guided form and JSON-LD views. Built-in validation ensures compliance with Schema.org and Google rich results guidelines. This improves SEO eligibility and AI search discoverability directly within the builder.

Improved Calendar Settings Experience

Calendar settings have been reorganized into clearly structured sections with contextual helper text. A wider layout reduces scrolling and improves readability. Settings are grouped logically for faster navigation and easier configuration. The redesign simplifies setup for new users while improving efficiency for experienced teams. It establishes a scalable foundation for future calendar enhancements.

Updated Toll-Free Verification (TFV) Experience + Political Campaign Updates

The Toll-Free Verification flow has been redesigned with expanded compliance fields and a structured multi-step submission process. Political election campaigns must now provide a Campaign Verify (CV) Auth Token to meet carrier requirements. These updates align messaging with stricter industry regulations. The improved flow increases transparency and reduces rejection risk. Political messaging compliance is now more tightly enforced.

Conversation AI – Response Style Settings

Conversation AI now allows users to choose between Concise, Balanced, or Detailed response styles. The setting applies at the bot level and influences Auto-Pilot conversations without requiring prompt edits. This provides greater control over tone and depth of replies. Businesses can tailor conversational experiences based on context or audience. The feature offers flexibility while preserving existing behavior if disabled.

Sorting on Custom Fields in Custom Objects

Custom Object lists now support sorting by custom fields, not just system fields like Created or Updated dates. Users can sort via column headers or the Sort dropdown with ascending or descending options. This improves record prioritization and navigation in large datasets. Teams can organize records based on business-relevant criteria. The update enhances CRM usability for complex data models.

Bulk Company Export

Companies can now be exported in bulk with a single click. Users can export selected records or the entire company list with real-time progress tracking. The system generates a CSV containing all selected company fields. This simplifies reporting, data sharing, and offline analysis. It removes the need for manual record-by-record extraction.

New Email Campaign APIs

New APIs allow listing workflow campaigns, bulk action campaigns, and retrieving unified campaign statistics. Performance metrics such as sends, opens, and clicks can now be accessed programmatically across campaign types. This enables centralized analytics and enterprise-level reporting. Agencies can aggregate performance across accounts and sources. The release closes a major reporting gap for API users.
