Updates across many areas of the platform this week, several I've been waiting a while for! There were AI updates in a few areas like Blog AI this week enabling you to generate full blog posts right inside the editor including SEO settings and images. Blog management also got some significant upgrades.
Opportunities got updates around smart tags, UI, and FINALLY the ability to save your view preferences. I'm hoping next week the long-awaited smart lists for Opportunities drops as well so that we can define views for all subaccount users to use. I have several clients that need that and they showed on a recent town hall that it was coming.
Meta tracking got a very nice update where we're now able to set up more standard events within funnel and websites and better tracking data gets sent.

Blogs – Domain Management, Custom Tags & Sitemap Improvements
Blog management has been significantly improved with more flexible domain handling and automated SEO updates. Users can now create blogs without attaching a domain, disconnect or switch domains directly in the UI, and manage everything without support intervention. Custom values are supported in key SEO fields like canonical URLs and favicons, enabling more scalable configurations. Sitemaps now update automatically when posts are created, updated, or deleted. These changes reduce manual effort and make blog setup, maintenance, and SEO management more efficient.
Invoices: Auto-payment Now Enabled by Default
Autopayment is now enabled by default for invoices with payment schedules and recurring invoices. This removes the need to manually toggle the setting for each invoice before sending. Users still retain full control and can disable autopayment if needed. The update ensures more consistent and timely payment collection. It reduces missed payments and simplifies the invoicing workflow.
Associate Companies with Custom Objects & Opportunities
Companies can now be directly associated with custom objects and opportunities, enabling more flexible CRM relationships. Users can create one-to-one, one-to-many, and many-to-many associations across records. These relationships are visible and manageable within both record and list views. The update expands data modeling beyond contact-based associations. This enables richer reporting, segmentation, and workflow automation.
Opportunities – Smart Tags Limit Increased to 60
The Smart Tags limit for opportunities has been increased to 60 tags per sub-account. This gives teams more flexibility when organizing and segmenting deals. Users no longer need to reuse or compromise on tagging structures. The feature is available across all sub-accounts without additional setup. It improves pipeline organization and scalability.
Filters in Analytics for Funnels, Websites, and Webinars!
Analytics now supports advanced filtering across funnels, websites, and webinars. Users can filter data by dimensions such as country, channel, page title, and referrer. Multiple filters can be applied simultaneously to refine insights and explore performance more deeply. Charts and metrics update dynamically based on selected filters. This allows more precise analysis without exporting data.
Opportunities – Sort by Custom Fields
Opportunities can now be sorted using custom fields in addition to standard system fields. Supported field types include text, dropdowns, numbers, monetary values, phone, and date fields. Users can quickly reorder pipelines based on business-specific data points. This improves deal prioritization and visibility. The feature enhances flexibility in pipeline management.
Enhanced Meta Pixel Tracking for Funnel and Website Builder!
Meta Pixel tracking has been upgraded to support both browser-based tracking and server-side Conversions API (CAPI). Key events such as page views, content views, checkout steps, and purchases are now tracked more accurately. Improved deduplication reduces duplicate events, especially in single-page funnel flows. Purchase events now include richer order data and use actual order IDs for better attribution. This results in more reliable conversion tracking and campaign optimization.
Conversations Usability Improvements
Several usability improvements have been made to the Conversations interface to reduce friction during active interactions. Users can now update contact details while viewing call transcripts and send emails without refreshing during calls. The call option has been restored in the new conversation flow, and translation support has been improved. UI handling for longer text has also been enhanced. These updates make conversations smoother and more efficient.
Access Form Submissions in Conversations
Form submissions are now embedded directly within conversation threads. Users can view submitted data alongside messages without switching tabs. This provides immediate context when responding to leads or customers. It improves response speed and personalization during follow-ups. The update creates a more unified communication experience.
Product Price & Variant Level Coupons
Coupons can now be applied at the price or variant level instead of only at the product level. This enables more targeted promotions and eliminates the need for workarounds like duplicating products. The updated logic is supported across all checkout types and includes enhanced workflow triggers for granular automation. Existing coupons and subscriptions remain unaffected for backward compatibility. The feature improves flexibility in pricing and promotional strategies.
New Image Layout Controls in Forms & Surveys
Forms and surveys now include expanded image layout and styling controls. Users can choose from new layout options, adjust spacing, apply corner radius styling, and define focal points for images. Survey slides can also have independent image layouts for more customization. These improvements allow more polished and visually aligned designs. The update enhances both design flexibility and user experience.
Blog Post AI: Generate Complete Blog Posts in Minutes
Blog Post AI can now generate complete, SEO-optimized blog posts from a topic or custom prompt. The system creates outlines, content, metadata, and even images automatically. Built-in editing tools allow users to refine tone, structure, and content without leaving the editor. This significantly reduces reliance on external content tools. The feature enables faster, scalable content production.
Introducing New Templates
A new set of templates has been released across websites, emails, forms, surveys, social content, and ads. These templates are fully customizable and designed to accelerate campaign and funnel creation. Industry-specific templates help users launch faster with proven structures. A new snapshot is also included for the travel and hospitality niche. The update expands ready-to-use resources for users across multiple verticals.
Link & Load Multiple Sub-Accounts to a Snapshot (LABS)
Snapshots can now be linked and loaded across multiple sub-accounts in a single action. Users can view all accounts, filter by linked or available, and apply snapshots in bulk. Loading a snapshot automatically links it if not already connected. This eliminates repetitive manual setup when onboarding multiple accounts. The feature significantly improves efficiency for agencies managing many clients.
Calls go to Voicemail if no forwarding setup exists
Inbound calls to numbers without assigned users or forwarding rules will now route to voicemail instead of being rejected. This ensures calls are not lost due to incomplete configurations. The change improves reliability and customer experience. Businesses can still retrieve missed calls via voicemail. It provides a safer fallback for call handling.
Enhanced Appointment Booking Experience in Opportunities
Appointment booking inside opportunities now uses a unified scheduling modal consistent with meetings, services, and rentals. Users can create, edit, or delete appointments directly within the opportunity view. Existing appointments open with pre-filled details for faster updates. This reduces friction and keeps scheduling tied to deal context. The experience is now more consistent across the platform.
New QR Code Styling Options: Shapes, Borders, and Rim Text
QR codes now support enhanced design customization including new shapes, borders, and rim text. Users can create rounded or circular codes and add branded frames. Text can be added around the QR code to reinforce calls to action. These options improve visual appeal and clarity. The feature helps businesses create more engaging and branded QR experiences.
Collapse & Resize Pipeline Stages in Kanban View
Pipeline stages in Kanban view can now be collapsed, expanded, and resized. Users can customize their layout to focus on priority deals and reduce clutter. Preferences are saved per user and do not affect other team members. This improves navigation and visibility in large pipelines. The update enhances usability and workspace flexibility.
Notes just got smarter for the contacts page!
The Notes feature in contacts has been upgraded with titles, color-coding, file attachments, and pinning capabilities. Users can organize notes more effectively and highlight critical information. Search functionality now includes both titles and descriptions. These enhancements make notes more structured and actionable. The update improves productivity and information management within the CRM.
New Asana actions in workflows – Find Project and Find section
Workflows now include new Asana actions to dynamically find projects and sections. Users can retrieve project and section IDs without hardcoding values. This enables more flexible and scalable task automation within Asana. Tasks can now be created in specific sections dynamically. The update simplifies integration between HighLevel workflows and Asana.
Email AI + Knowledge Base Integration 🚀
Email AI can now reference Knowledge Base articles to generate more accurate and contextual responses. The system automatically incorporates updated or newly added articles into responses. This reduces manual effort and improves support communication quality. It also helps guide users through platform features without additional support requests. The feature enhances AI-assisted email workflows.
Dialer: Auto-minimize, Pin & Drag
The dialer interface now includes auto-minimize, pin, and drag functionality. It minimizes automatically when clicking outside, can be pinned to stay visible, and repositioned anywhere on the screen. The dialer remembers its position when pinned. This improves multitasking during calls. The update enhances usability and workflow efficiency.
Schema Markup Using AI
Schema markup can now be generated, edited, and managed using AI directly inside the builder. The AI analyzes page content, selects appropriate schema types, and fills in fields automatically. Users can refine schema through conversation and apply changes instantly. This removes the complexity of manual schema implementation. The feature improves SEO and visibility in AI-driven search results.
Update to SaaS V2 Plan Upgrades
SaaS V2 plan upgrades are now temporarily restricted to the same billing interval. Users can upgrade within monthly or yearly plans but cannot switch between intervals. This change prevents billing inconsistencies in the current system. No action is required from users, as unsupported upgrades are automatically blocked. Support for cross-interval upgrades is planned for a future update.
