Welcome to GHL NEWS! In Today's issue:

  • AskAI for Courses

  • HubSpot integration

  • Multi-page Reputation

This week’s updates continue HighLevel’s push toward faster creation, cleaner automation, and more scalable client operations. The standout AI update is AskAI for Courses, which can now help creators build full course structures, lesson content, quizzes, assignments, drip schedules, and offers through a chat-based assistant.

On the automation side, the new HubSpot workflow integration makes it easier to sync and act on CRM contacts without relying on third-party tools. And for agencies or multi-location businesses, the expanded Reputation integrations now support multiple pages across 52+ platforms, making review management much easier to scale.

This Week's News:

Enhanced contact tag management experience

Tag management in the Contacts module now uses double confirmation, with new Apply and Cancel buttons that prevent accidental workflow triggers when adding or removing tags. Previously, every selection instantly applied, which could unintentionally fire automations. Users can now confidently review changes before committing them, improving overall safety and accuracy. Upcoming enhancements include tag categories, color coding, and counts inside the dropdown.

Hubspot: Workflow Actions & Trigger

HubSpot is now natively integrated into the Workflow Builder with one instant trigger (New Contact Created) and two premium actions (Create Contact and Find Contact). Workflows can react to new HubSpot contacts in seconds and write back through OAuth-secured connections, with full support for standard and custom HubSpot properties. The integration unlocks form-to-CRM dedupe flows, two-way contact sync, and cleaner inbound lead handling. Email is the canonical dedup key, so pairing Find Contact before Create Contact is the recommended hygiene pattern.

AskAI for Courses

Course creators can now build, edit, and manage entire courses through a chat-based AskAI assistant. AskAI generates complete outlines with modules and lessons, drafts rich HTML lesson content, builds quizzes and assignments, and configures drip schedules, locks, branding, and offers. Built-in guardrails like confirmation prompts and restricted delete actions prevent accidental content loss. The result is a faster, more creative, and more scalable path from idea to published course.

Blogs: Add Image Captions, Smarter Keywords & Enhanced Image Actions

The Blog editor now supports inline image captions, bulk SEO keyword entry via comma-separated input, and richer image interaction controls including pop-up viewing and URL linking. Captions stay attached to their images and resize responsively, and keywords are automatically converted into individual chips during scheduling. These updates reduce dependency on external editors and speed up SEO setup. The result is cleaner blog layouts, stronger storytelling, and faster publishing workflows.

Social Planner: Pinterest Multi-Board Publishing

You can now publish a single Pinterest pin to up to 25 boards in one composer action, eliminating repetitive manual duplication. Each selected board produces an independent published pin, so analytics remain separated and one failed board does not block the others. The feature is fully supported across instant publishing, scheduling, approval workflows, recurring posts, the Category Queue, and CSV bulk uploads. This is a major time-saver for agencies and creators managing large Pinterest content libraries.

Bug Fixes: Rebilling Accuracy & Improved SaaS Workflow Reliability

Two SaaS Mode fixes have been released to improve pricing accuracy and configuration reliability. Custom rebilling markup values now save correctly without being overwritten by default values, and switching from SaaS Configurator into an agency sub-account no longer requires a manual refresh to load SaaS sections. Together, these fixes deliver a smoother, more predictable experience across both SaaS V1 and V2 flows.

Create SaaS V2 Plans Directly from SaaS Configurator

SaaS V2 plans can now be created entirely inside SaaS Configurator without redirecting into the agency sub-account. Users can configure add-ons, Custom Menu Links, and other advanced settings in one place, making SaaS Configurator the single hub for both V1 and V2 plan management. Additional V2 configurations like setup fees and tax settings are coming soon. The result is a faster, less confusing plan-creation workflow.

Default Values for Custom Values in Emails

Email editors can now configure fallback values for custom value placeholders used in subject lines, preview text, and body content. For example, a missing first name can default to "there" instead of leaving an awkward blank space. Defaults are configured per usage and never overwrite contact data, and the feature works across workflow emails, campaigns, bulk actions, and templates. This keeps personalized emails polished even when CRM data is incomplete.

Multi-Page Reputation Integrations Are Here (52+ Platforms Supported)

You can now connect multiple business pages per platform across 52 supported review sites including Google, Facebook, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Trustpilot, Zillow, OpenTable, and many more — with no caps on page connections. Each connected page provides full visibility into status, review count, and last sync details, and all integrations are managed centrally. This is purpose-built for agencies and multi-location businesses that need to scale review management without friction.

Conversations: Catch Up on Unread Messages Faster

Conversations now displays a "New" divider that marks where unread messages begin and auto-scrolls users directly to the first unread message when opening a thread. The indicator persists across page navigations and only clears once you reply or manually mark the conversation as read. This eliminates endless scrolling through campaign logs and long threads, helping users respond faster and avoid missed messages. The feature can be enabled from Labs.

Facebook Text Posts with Backgrounds: Now in Social Planner

Social Planner now supports Facebook's native colorful background posts directly inside the composer, with a background picker, live preview, and automatic font resizing. Posts can be published instantly or scheduled without switching over to Facebook, and the system automatically handles compatibility — adding media disables backgrounds. This helps teams create more eye-catching Facebook posts, stand out in crowded feeds, and reduce reliance on native publishing.

Workflow Builder: Resize and Expand Sidebars

The Workflow Builder now supports resizable action and trigger sidebars plus a full-screen expand mode for individual actions and triggers. Users can drag the sidebar edge to adjust width or expand a step into full-screen for detailed configuration of emails, forms, and multi-field actions. The change supports a wider range of screen sizes and gives users full flexibility over their workspace. It is particularly useful when configuring longer, more complex steps.

Bulk Delete for Custom Objects, Companies & Tasks

Bulk delete is now available with no upper limit across Custom Objects, Companies, and Tasks — replacing the previous 100-record cap and one-at-a-time Custom Object deletion. Deleted records and their associations can be restored from the Bulk Actions page within a 60-day window. The experience is now consistent across all three modules, currently available in sub-account Labs. This dramatically speeds up cleanup of stale, test, or mis-imported records.

New Dashboard Widgets for Appointment Services & Rentals

The dashboard gains 22 new widgets covering Appointment Services (revenue, coupon performance, staff rankings, location insights) and Rentals (revenue, inventory status, deposits, booking lifecycle). Appointment count widgets now show meeting-only data, with separate widgets for service and rental bookings, and everything is grouped under a cleaner Appointments sub-module structure. This unlocks revenue visibility, rental operations tracking, and smarter coupon ROI analysis directly inside dashboards and custom reports.

Coming Soon: India Phone Numbers + Voice Calling

India phone numbers and Voice Calling will soon be available in HighLevel's inventory. Agencies interested in joining the beta release can fill out an interest form to help shape the rollout. This unlocks a new region for HighLevel's phone system, expanding global telephony reach.

QR codes are now supported for Certificates

Certificates can now include QR codes that link to either the official verification page or a custom URL such as a portfolio, LinkedIn profile, or booking page. QR styling options like background and stroke color are customizable with live preview, and everything is generated natively without external tools. This makes certificates more verifiable, professional, and useful as engagement drivers for employers, clients, and external parties.

Did You Know You Can Build a Full Landing Page From One Prompt in AI Studio?

To create a landing page or even a multi-page website with AI Studio in HighLevel, start by writing a clear master prompt. Include the purpose of the website, who it’s for, what the business offers, the overall vision for the page, the key sections you want included, and any lead magnets, forms, or calls to action you need. You can also give AI Studio design direction, such as whether you want a light or dark layout, what colors to use, what style the site should have, and how professional, modern, bold, or simple it should feel.

The better your prompt, the better the first draft will be.
