Welcome to GHL NEWS! In Today's issue:
AI Studio live in labs
Workflow builder
Mobile payments
Tons of releases this week and the big one is the new AI Studio ("Vibe Builder"). This is a new, from scratch, AI page builder, competing with the likes of Lovable.
People have been yelling for this for a while as those other 3rd party builders seem to generate incredible pages and sites in minutes and people want that in HighLevel (I know I do!)
You can tell its a high priority for GHL as Varun, one of the co-founders has been dropping multiple updates during the rollout.
Personally, I'm not a big fan of vibe coding in it's current form as it is great a spitting out an amazing design but then changes are slow and annoying since most of them spit out code, not all the drag and drop elements needed for quick updates.
BUT, Varun mentioned that you can point Funnel AI and the Studio AI's output and Funnal AI should be able to bring it in as an editable page. I'll be checking that out this weekend.
That to me is the end game and the sooner we get there the better.

AI Studio ("Vibe Builder") in Labs
AI Studio (help doc article here) is a new AI-powered builder in HighLevel that helps users create pages faster using simple prompts. It is designed to help users create pages quickly, especially for lead capture, appointment booking, and simple websites.
Inbound Email Support in Conversation AI
Conversation AI now supports email as a fully integrated communication channel alongside SMS, chat, and social platforms. The system can automatically read, understand, and respond to inbound emails while maintaining thread integrity, subject lines, and recipients. Users can configure formatting through plain text or template-based responses with full design control. Personalization options such as greetings, signatures, and CC/BCC are also supported. This expands automation into a critical business channel and enables a unified communication experience.

Users can now apply nested filters, relative time conditions, and new date operators like “in the next” or “more than.” Fields are organized into grouped sections for easier navigation, and the same logic can be reused inside Smart Tags. This enables more precise segmentation and faster filtering. The update improves both usability and analytical power.

This enables better monitoring of onboarding progress and standardized workflows. Audit logs provide transparency into changes and actions. The feature supports scalable, automation-driven onboarding processes.

Media selection across forms, surveys, quizzes, and other builders has been unified through the centralized Media Picker. Users can now browse, upload, and reuse assets from a single interface. This replaces older file pickers and ensures consistency across the platform. It reduces duplicate uploads and simplifies asset management. The update improves workflow efficiency and user experience.

Multiple math operations can chain together using previous outputs. This reduces unnecessary steps and simplifies calculations. The feature improves workflow flexibility and efficiency.
